Also, by registering, you can create company listings, buy offers and sell offers.. I mean you can just browse around if you really want too but why not register and check us out..!

I want to be an AussieROO Member. How do I register?
Yay! We would love you to be part of the AussieROO community. The more the merrier.
Joining is a piece of cake.
Follow these steps:
1) From the Home Page http://www.aussieroo.com, select "Join Free".
2) A New Browser page is displayed. The new browser page is called "Register for AussieROO".
3) Complete the AussieROO registration form and submit your details.
4) A verification link is sent to your email address.
5) Check your email address and locate the email from AussieROO.
6) Within the email sent by AussieROO (welcome@aussieroo.com), is a website link. Click on the link within the email or copy and paste the Confirmation Code in the email onto the AussieROO Step 2-Check Your Email Screen.
The confirmation code is the same thing as the Confirmation Key.

I'm new to AussieROO. What is AussieROO?
AussieROO is an Online Business Matchmaking service!.. Are you thinking.. "oookkaaay?!...What does that mean?"
We are an online service which assist Australian based businesses to promote themselves and find trading partners both within Australia and at an International level.
Basically, we connect Retailers with Suppliers/ Distributors; Suppliers/ Distributors with Manufacturers; Importers with Exporters!..and the cycle goes around and around.. Making sense yet?
Specifically, we want to help the smaller businesses who don't have a budget for marketing online and who need some IT assistance without costing them an arm and a leg.
With AussieROO, Australian based businesses can create a Company Listing. A Company Listing is like a mini-website for your company/ business.
If you don't have a website yet, at just $149.00 incl. GST, you can create a Company Listing where you can add details about your company, upload products and even articles. This could assist you to start of your online presence.
If you already have a website, by creating a Company Listing with AussieROO, you can link your Company Listing to your website. This will assist you with more exposure online!
But we offer soo much more!
For Companies without an Australian base, although you can't create a Company Listing, we haven't forgotten about you!

What is a Trade Request?
A Trade Request is an offer or a request to trade with another person/ business.
With AussieROO, there are two types of Trade Requests;

What is a Sell Offer/ Looking to Sell Offer?
AussieROO contains a Company Directory (which is a list of all our Company Listings) and a Trade Directory - Sometimes referred to as Trade Requests.
There are two types of Trade Requests - Buy Offers and Sell Offers.
Sell Offers, also referred to as "Looking to Sell Offers" are posted by members on the AussieROO network who are wanting to sell their Product or Service to other businesses or new channels.
Imagine if you are an up and coming Fashion Designer and you want to get your designs out in the market, Join AussieROO and post a "Looking to Sell" offer and you might just get your big break.
Alternatively, if you don't want to post a "Sell Offer" why not, browse the "Buy Offers" and search for Distributors/ Wholesalers or Retailers that are interested in purchasing clothing.
If you are a buyer, it would be beneficial for you to Browse "Sell Offers" and find potential trade partners.

What is a Buy Offer/ Looking to Buy Offer?
AussieROO contains a Company Directory (which is a list of all our Company Listings) and a Trade Directory - Sometimes referred to as Trade Requests.

What is a Company Listing?
A Company Listing is a mini-website or an entire webpage customised and managed by you.
Whether you have a website or not, your AussieROO company listing will enable you to increase your company to a wider audience.

Unlike other directories or advertising mediums, with all AussieROO company listings, you control the content and can freely update your content anytime without any authorisation from us. Of course we are more than happy to assist if you are having difficulties.

How do I Edit/ Update my Company Listing including Company Contact Details?
If you can create a Company listing, you can edit and update your company listing! It's exactly the same process :)
To edit/ update your company listing (including Contact Details for the company listing), follow these steps:
1. Select the "Sign In" (top right hand corner) or "Login" (right hand side of the page under Quick Search) link on the Home Page
2. Enter your username
3. Enter your password
4. Select "Login". You are now signed into AussieROO. A welcome message is displayed: "G'day You" where You is your name ;)
5. Select "MyAussieROO" from the main blue tabs
6. My AussieROO Summary Page is displayed
7. From the right hand side of My AussieROO, select "View All Company Listings". All your company listing/s are displayed.
8. Locate the company listing for which you want to edit and select "Edit". Edit and update your company listing information accordingly. If you wanted to only update your Contact Details, proceed to Step 9.Field information is as follows:
Company Title: Enter the name of your company/ business
Publish Date: By default this is today's date. This cannot be changed.
Expiry: This is the date for which your listing will expire. This cannot be changed.
Company Type: Select the "Type" that applies to your company. Currently no retailers can create a Company Listing (Retailers can create Buy Offers and Sell Offers :) )
Product/ Service Offering: Enter the product or service for which your company provides. Aim to be generic - This is so you can have a better chance to be displayed in the search options. An example would be "Manufacturer" of "Blankets" of "Wholesaler" of "Designer Clothing". You can provide more specifics about your product or service offering in the Description/ Products and Articles.
Year Established: Enter the year your company started operating. This is not a required field.
Categories: You can select up to Three "Category/SubCategory" for your company listing. Not selecting a Category will still display your listing in Search Results however when users "filter" search results based on categories, your listing will not be displayed.
Once you have selected the category, you cannot update it. However, should you wish to update the category selection, send a request through and we can update it for you at our end.
Company Ownership: Select whether your company is Australian Owned or Internationally Owned with An Australian Office
Company Activities: Select the options that apply to your company
Geographical Markets: Select the Geographical Regions for which your company trades within
Products and Services Keywords: Enter the main keywords for your company. Select keywords for which users will type when they are searching for your product or service offering.
Teaser: Enter the text for which you would like displayed about your company in the Search Results. It is recommended that Teaser text should be short, sweet and straight to the point. You want to grab the user's attention!!
Message/ Description: Enter in a thorough description about your company, and the products and services for which you offer. Remember, to add catchy descriptions. Should you need to expand on products and services, do so in the "Product" section. You don't want to bore readers. Furthermore, use Articles!! We allow you to add Articles to your listing so don't waste all your wonderful commentary on the Message/ Description field.
Logo: Upload a logo for your company listing. This is highly recommended. By uploading a logo, you have a chance to be in the "Featured Company" and "More Featured Company" section on the Home Page and Companies Tab Landing Page. We randomise our selection based on only one rule - There needs to be a logo!..If no logo is uploaded, the AussieROO logo will be used as a logo placeholder
AussieROO URL: Select the website address within AussieROO for which you would like to assign to your company listing
9) Select "Continue"
10) The "Contact Details" page is displayed. Complete the contact details for the COMPANY LISTING for which you are creating. This can be different or the same as your contact details. All companies and businesses listed on AussieROO require an Australian based address.
11) Once you have completed your Contact Details, select "Update"
12) Your listing is updated immediately and the AussieROO summary page is displayed.

How do I Edit/ Delete Products?
Want to update your products? Want to remove a product?
Here is how!
To Edit a product, follow these steps:1. Sign into AussieROO (Click on the "Sign in" link in the top right hand corner)
2. Select "MyAussieROO" from the blue tabs once you have signed in
3. Your MyAussieROO summary page is displayed
4. Select "View All Products"
5. All products created by you are displayed
6. Locate the product for which you want to Edit or Delete.
To Delete Products:7. Once you have located the product, select "Delete" if you want to delete the product. This process cannot be reversed.
8. A pop up message is displayed "Are you sure you want to Permanently remove this product?"
9. Select "OK" to remove the product
10. The Product is deleted.
To Edit Products7. Once you have located the product, select "Edit".
8. The details of the product are displayed.
9. Update your Product details on this page.
10. Once you have completed the updates, select "Update".
11. Your changes are updated. The new Product details are displayed.
12. You can select to update your product again by selecting "Update".

How do I update my details (including password)?
Ahh! Your details have changed! .. Keep us up to date as well as your user profile up-to-date by doing the following..
To update your details, follow these steps:1) Sign into to MyAussieROO (Sign in via the "Sign In" link located in the top right hand corner or the "Login" link located on the right hand side underneath the Quick Search. You can also sign in via selecting "MyAussieROO" - All these links will display a Sign In screen).
2) The page refreshes, you are directed back to the Home Page. The "Sign In" link is changed to "Sign Out" - This means you have logged in.
3) Select "MyAussieROO" from the list of tabs.
4) MyAussieROO is displayed.
5) To update your account details, select "Update/ Edit Account Details" from the list of menu options located on the left hand side.
6) Type in your updated details.
7) Remember to Save! Select "Update" to save your changes.
Your changes are saved. You are directed back to MyAussieROO - View My AussieROO Account.8) To change your password, follow the above steps until step 5, do the following:
9) Select "Change Password". This is where you can change both your "Password" and your "Secret Question and Answer".
10) A "Change Your Password" dialogue box is displayed.
11) Type in your new details.
12) Select "Update".
13) Your changes have been updated.

How much does it cost to create a Company Listing?

We offer two types of Company Listing subscriptions. They are as follows:
Free: Free listings are exactly that - FREE. You can create a Free Company Listing on AussieROO. Your Company Listing will only be displayed in Search Results. You are able to provide and write a Message/ Description about your company, add Contact Details as well as a Logo. Members are able to contact you via AussieROO.
Full Company Listings: Full Company Listings are like a mini-website. For ONLY $149.00 AUD, you will receive your own mini-website within the AussieROO network which is valid for 12 months. With a Full Company Listing, you receive your own webpage, unique URL/ website address, you can add product details, service details, articles, buy offers, sell offers and manage your entire listing on your own.

What better way to promote yourself than using your own words or even other people's testimonials.
If you have a Full Company listing, you can add articles to your Company Listing.
The great thing about articles is that it can be anything you want it to be..Write about your company, write about your products, write about your industry. The more content there is on your Company Listing, the more engaged and appealing your listing will be to potential business partners.
The best thing, is that it's FREE!..
That's right, it's FREE for you to rave on about your products and services - Why shouldn't it be?!
At this stage, only Australian based companies/ businesses can create a Company Listing and add Articles and/or Products.

How much does it cost to add a Product to my company?
Every company has a product or service offering right? I mean why else would you be in business if you aren't looking to sell or provide a product or service?
So it's only logical for us to enable you to add products and services to your AussieROO company listing FOR FREE!!!
At this stage, only Australian based companies/ businesses can create a Company Listing. Once you have your Company Listing, you can attach Product Details and Articles to your listing.
Note: This only applies for Full Company Listings.

The "Quick Search" is located in the top right hand section of the Home Page.
Follow these steps to do a Quick Search:
1. Type the name of the product/ service "Selling Offer" for which you are looking for in the "I'm search for:" field.
2. From the drop down menu, select "Sell Offer".

Also remember, AussieROO only lists companies which have an Australian based office.
